Absensis is developed to give organization and individual the ability to track their work force accountability and activity, and provide accurate performance data and automations. The system is created for the ground up with Asian business and workforce characteristic in mind.
Employee Status

By using Absensis, you can quickly find out your employees’ attendance status. Absensis tracks your employees and notifies you whether your employees are present at work, absent or leaving the workplace.

Employees’ Location
Gone are the days where your sales force can manipulate their attendance and cheat on their paychecks. Absensis featured a full tracking suite and restrict sales force to only check-in in particular time and location.

Accurate Attendance with Photo
Absensis reaches your workforce from various angles. Absensis detects your workforce attendance based on time and location. To guarantee its accuracy, you can set your attendance to only be processed in selected locations and arranged time. If your employee does not clock in according to the arranged settings and schedule, his attendance will not be confirmed.

Location Management
You can manage more than one working place for your employees. With the feature that we created, you can assign more that one location. This is very helpful especially if you have more than one branch/workplace.

Performance and Ranking
You will be able to see your employee’s performance which is calculated according to attendance and working our through your Dashboard page. Meanwhile, your employees will also be able to see their performance in their mobile Dashboard in Absensis application.

Leave Permission Management
Your employee can send direct leave permission instantly. All he needs to do is just fill the permission form and hit the send button in the Leave Permission feature. You can see the Leave Permissions on both Mission Control and Leave Approvals to quickly respond to it.

Broadcast Message
You can send broadcast message addressed to individual, groups even global. You can put Title, Description, Content and Picture to your message. Afterwards, your message will be sent directly into the addressee’s Absensis application.

Note : Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
